Crazy Baby

As Brielle gets older, her personality just gets bigger. She is so much fun everyday. Ryan and I spend most of our evenings at home watching her and laughing at all of the funny new things she is doing. Some of the fun:
*She now wants to touch everything, and I mean everything, even the hinges on the doors. She points at something until you take her over to it and let her touch it. Then she finds something else. She loves to look at and touch framed pictures of herself as she "ooh"s and "aah"s over them.
*She mimics us ALOT. If we smack our lips, she smacks hers, if we cough, she coughs. One of the funniest things is when I'm trying to be serious and tell her "no, no" She will look at me, shake her hand, purse her lips and say "doh, doh", all I can do is laugh. So redirecting her has become quiet difficult.
*She loves her babydolls and stuffed animals and I have been teaching her to kiss them. So one day she is looking at one of her board books (Elmo Loves You) and she kisses one of the pages, and then another. The funny thing is that she kisses the same two pages everytime we look at this book. I guess she really likes Grover and The Count. It is very amusing.
*She has this new thing she does where she will squeal, real high pitched, then crack up laughing at herself. Then when we laugh, she laughs harder. She is so funny!
*When she hears music she immediately starts dancing. She shakes her little hips, bounces, then twists her upper body from side to side. She has rhythm and hopefully takes after her mom when it comes to dancing (no offense to daddy).

Brielle in her Camo pants- Daddy is so proud!

Another picture in the bunny ears. How cute is she, holding her little bunny?

The Little Explorer

I'm telling ya this child is CRAZY, it's a new antic everyday! She crawled in and out of this chair over and over and played inside for a good ten minutes. She also likes to play under the kitchen table, especially if one of us is sitting at it.

Around the House

Brielle playing in the dog's food and water bowls. At one point she puts some in her mouth, attempting to eat it. Don't worry, I took the picture then made sure to get it out of her mouth.

Brielle after getting into some of her laundry (it was clean before she snotted all over it).

Brielle sporting her new bunny ears from the $1.00 bin at Target! Great buy!

The Past Ten Months

The pictures below are an assortment from the past 10 months with Brielle. They are not in order by date because I am still learning how to do this whole posting thing. The earliest one is of me as big as a house on my due date- Brielle was born 8 days later and that is where the rest of the pictures start. The one of the three of us is in no way a good picture of any of us, but it is our first family picture at home with Brielle and it was our 2 year wedding anniversary. The rest are just some of my favorites. Enjoy!

Helping with the Laundry

10 months old and busy, busy, busy

Brielle just turned 10 months yesterday. She is a professional walker now and is getting into EVERYTHING. She has learned to open the cabinets and loves to take everything out one by one, throwing it over her shoulder after thoroughly examining it. She did this with her bottles and nipples yesterday and now I need to rewash them all. She loves playing in the dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, or whatever we open and is fast! She gets there within seconds of one of us opening the door to whatever appliance it might be. Yesterday, Ryan barely caught her before she snuck up behind him while he was opening the stove. She loves daycare and playing with all the other kiddos. In the 7 months that I have been taking her there she has never cried when I dropped her off, it makes me feel relieved knowing that she enjoys being there so much. But I also enjoy seeing how excited she gets when I get there to pick her up. She smiles ear to ear while clapping and bouncing. I LOVE THAT!!
